When are the Duties and Taxes on My Purchases Due?

That is entirely up to the Paraguayan customs offices. These fees are not included in the Ausff shipping costs. Typically, if you owe any of these fees, they are due upon delivery, but sometimes you’ll receive a bill after you get your packages. Currently, Paraguay uses a de minimis value to determine duties and taxes owed. If your entire purchase value is below this amount (see below) duty and taxes won’t actually apply.
